Carlos served as the President and CEO of Synovos, Inc., a prominent US-based global company specializing in supply chain, logistics, MRO, integrated supply, and data assets. Under his leadership, the company's revenue grew from $20M to $500M, resulting in a 20X return to investors upon its sale in 2021. Previously, Carlos held the position of Vice President at the Fluor Corporation, a global engineering, procurement, fabrication, construction, and maintenance company. Prior to his role at Fluor, he was the Director of Operations at Lockheed Martin. Carlos holds a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from Stanford University and a Master's degree from the Harvard Kennedy School.

Elaine O’Hara presently serves as the Chief Strategy Officer at Novavax, a prominent biotechnology company specializing in vaccine development for serious infectious diseases. Previously, she held the position of Chief Commercial Officer at Sanofi Pasteur, North America, overseeing a $4 billion portfolio of 16 products. In that role, she led a 750-person organization and supervised the company’s U.S. Disease Franchises, Marketing, Sales, Market Access, Analytics, Canada, and VaxServe. Elaine holds an MBA from St. Joseph’s University and a bachelor’s degree from the National University of Ireland.

Karen Collins is the Founder and President of Collins Collaboration, with an extensive history of leadership roles in financial services and philanthropy. A former senior executive at First American Corporation, she also held the positions of President and Chairman of the Board at First American Foundation, and President of the Board of Directors for the CoreLogic Foundation. Karen earned her MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a bachelor’s degree in business from NC A&T.

Robert B. Lewis III has a lengthy and distinguished career as a senior executive at PepsiCo and Procter & Gamble, specializing in R&D and engineering technology. His extensive experience encompasses organizational transformation, product research and innovation, commercialization, creative product partnership ventures, and market expansion.

Robert holds a B.S. in chemical engineering from the University of Tennessee and currently serves on the Board of Advisors for UT’s Tickle College of Engineering School.

Over the past 30 years, Sam Fairchild has been dedicated to creating and capturing value through the transformation of business models, industries, institutions, organizations, and technologies in both the private and public sectors. His significant focus extends to healthcare, manufacturing, alternative energy, financial services, technology, business services, and aviation/aerospace sectors. Sam holds a B.S. and B.A. in economics, psychology, MIS, and accounting from the College of William and Mary.

Mitch Wienick is a Chief Executive with over 40 years of experience in top positions within the Business Services, Telecommunications, and Consumer Packaged Goods industries. Currently serving as an Executive Partner at ECC, a prominent global executive coaching firm, Mitch previously held the position of President and CEO at CDI Corporation.

Mitch holds an MBA in Business from New York University’s Leonard N. Stern School of Business and a B.A. in Economics from Brooklyn College, City University of New York.
