Carlos Tellez
Carlos served as the President and CEO of Synovos, Inc., a prominent US-based global company specializing in supply chain, logistics, MRO, integrated supply, and data assets. Under his leadership, the company's revenue grew from $20M to $500M, resulting in a 20X return to investors upon its sale in 2021. Previously, Carlos held the position of Vice President at the Fluor Corporation, a global engineering, procurement, fabrication, construction, and maintenance company. Prior to his role at Fluor, he was the Director of Operations at Lockheed Martin. Carlos holds a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from Stanford University and a Master's degree from the Harvard Kennedy School.

Elaine O’Hara presently serves as the Chief Strategy Officer at Novavax, a prominent biotechnology company specializing in vaccine development for serious infectious diseases. Previously, she held the position of Chief Commercial Officer at Sanofi Pasteur, North America, overseeing a $4 billion portfolio of 16 products. In that role, she led a 750-person organization and supervised the company’s U.S. Disease Franchises, Marketing, Sales, Market Access, Analytics, Canada, and VaxServe. Elaine holds an MBA from St. Joseph’s University and a bachelor’s degree from the National University of Ireland.
